As of May 2015, Nabisco Nilla Wafers are available at Target, Walmart and Amazon.com. Target has some variations of the cookies available only at brick-and-mortar stores, while others are available through the website. An online search option lets consumers find the closest store that carries the product.
Walmart and Amazon.com offer several Nilla wafer options online. Both traditional and reduced fat versions are sold, as well as mini wafers and multiple packs.
The Nabisco company has gone through changes since its launch. The name Nabisco was identified with a cookie product for the first time in 1901. However, Nabisco did not become the corporate name until 1971. After a few earlier mergers, Philip Morris Companies purchased Nabisco in 2000 and combined it with Kraft Foods.
