Turn the oven on to 350 degrees. Grease a 9- by 13-inch cake pan with non-stick cooking spray.
While preparing the cake, remove the whipped topping from the freezer to allow it to thaw. In a large mixing bowl, combine the box of angel food cake mix and one 20-ounce can of crushed pineapple with the juice. Thoroughly mix the cake batter until well-blended. Pour the cake batter into the 9- by 13-inch pan.
Put the cake in the oven, and bake it at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool.
Once the cake is cool, spread on the whipped topping with a spatula. Slice strawberries or other desired berries, and add them to the top of the cake. If you want to reduce the Weight Watchers points, omit the whipped topping and berries.
