Ingredients:

  • 2 acorn squashes
  • 2 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp. maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  1. Prepare the oven
  2. Preheat the oven to 400 F.

  3. Prepare the squash
  4. Cut each squash in half and use a spoon to remove the seeds and pulp.

  5. Bake the squash
  6. Lay the squash halves down on a greased baking sheet with the fleshy sides pointing downwards. Bake the squash for 20 to 30 minutes.

  7. Mix the seasoning
  8. Melt the butter and pour it into a small bowl. Mix in the sugar, maple syrup, salt and pepper.
