Applebee's two-for-$20 menu includes appetizers such as mozzarella sticks and spinach and artichoke dip along with entr�es that include cedar-grilled lemon chicken and a 7-ounce sirloin steak, as of 2015. The menu offers the selection of one appetizer and two entr�es for $20.
Other appetizers that can be chosen are boneless chicken wings, crunchy onion rings, and house or Caesar salads. Two of the side salads are included if chosen as an appetizer. The boneless chicken wings come with a choice of sauce along with celery sticks and blue cheese or ranch dressing for dipping. The onion rings are served along with a dipping sauce. The fried mozzarella cheese sticks are served with marinara sauce. The spinach and artichoke dip is made with Asiago and Parmesan cheese and is served with corn tortilla chips and a side of spicy chipotle lime salsa.
On the entr�e menu, the cedar-grilled lemon chicken is served with a Granny Smith apple relish, lemon olive oil vinaigrette, glazed pecans and cranberries along with rice and quinoa. The three-cheese chicken penne pasta has bruschetta tomatoes, fresh basil and a creamy Alfredo sauce. The riblet basket is a small portion of the standard entr�e served with fries. The fiesta lime chicken consists of grilled chicken breast served with crunchy tortilla strips, seasoned rice, pico de gallo and lime. The chicken is topped with a lime sauce, Mexi-ranch dressing and Jack-cheddar cheese.
The 7-ounce sirloin steak is served with seasonal vegetables and a choice of garlic mashed potatoes or baked potato. The Oriental chicken salad consists of fresh Asian greens tossed with an Oriental vinaigrette and topped with toasted almonds, chopped fried chicken tenders and crunchy noodles.
