Sautéed kale, turkey burgers, sausage lasagna, and roasted pork loin with cider and chunky applesauce are some of Anne Burrell's most popular recipes, as of 2015. Others include cucumber and lime gin fizz and kale Caesar salad.
Anne Burrell's sautéed kale recipe involves extra-virgin olive oil, kosher salt, crushed red pepper, three cloves of smashed garlic, one bunch each of baby and black kale cut into 1/2-inch lengths, 1/4 cup of chicken stock, and 1 tablespoon of sherry vinegar. Coat a saute pan with olive oil and add red pepper and garlic cloves. Cook the garlic until it turns golden, and remove it. Add both types of kale and stir them with the olive oil, season them with salt, and add the chicken stock. Cover the pan and cook the kale for two to three minutes, and then uncover it and let the liquid evaporate before sprinkling the kale with sherry vinegar.
The cucumber and lime gin fizz recipe calls for two slices of peeled cucumber, six mint leaves, two sprigs of cilantro, 2 teaspoons of turbinado sugar, 1 ounce of lime juice, 2 ounces of cucumber-infused gin, and 3 to 4 ounces of club soda. Combine the cucumber slices, mint, cilantro and sugar in a cocktail shaker, and add the lime juice and gin. Fill the shaker halfway with ice and shake it for one to two minutes. Strain the drink into a glass filled with ice, and add club soda and an optional cucumber slice garnish.
