The Woodbridge Campus at Northern Virginia Community College consists of four central buildings, a surrounding set of sports fields and game courts, and its centerpiece location, the Regional Center for Workforce Education and Training. Campus resources include a technologically advanced computer lab with both Mac and Windows systems, and on-premise assistance; a vast array of educational and tech-related resources including audio-visual equipment and services; help with study methodologies and the placement testing process; and use of state-of-the-art laboratory facilities.
The Student Life department at Woodbridge offers a wide-ranging choice of clubs and activities focused on student interest in sports, the arts, media, politics and current affairs. The department offers help with campus auxiliary services, answers to student housing questions, campus-related food and dietary news and rules, tips for aspiring charity event volunteers, and guidance regarding health and wellness issues.
The school has an active student orientation department to help in times of transition. The campus also boasts a well-stocked bookstore and large, research-friendly library, with access to a vast storehouse of archived supporting material.
Students may browse an extensive number of art and photography collections for use as supporting material in projects and reports. Woodbridge attendees also enjoy access to a multifaceted writing center with tools and instructors available as needed.
