Carnegie Learning is proven to be an effective curriculum. The U.S. Department of Education funded a study of Carnegie Learning's performance compared to other algebra curriculum, and found students who used Carnegie Learning nearly doubled their algebra learning compared to other curriculums.
The scope of the Carnegie Learning study was over 18,000 students across seven states. Students who used Carnegie Learning in the study showed an 8 percent improvement over the control group. Carnegie Learning is created and modified for quality through data collected from active research projects. The Software & Information Industry Association has presented Carnegie Learning with three CODiE Awards for best mathematics instructional solutions.
