In accessing the Student Portal, Grand Canyon University students must first visit myaccount.gcu.edu and select the 'Register for Password Rest' link to register for the self-service password reset and pick a new password. Students can obtain this information by locating the email they received from firstname.lastname@example.org upon registration.
Once the process has been completed, students simply visit myportal.gcu.edu and enter their user name and updated password; the same password is also used to access ANGEL, LoudCloud, e-mail, Canyon Connect and the Library. Students can also change their password at any time by visiting myaccount.gcu.edu and selecting the 'Reset My Password' link; those that encounter trouble logging in are encouraged to contact Technical Support by dialing 877.428.8447 or visiting support.gcu.edu between the hours of 6 a.m. to 12 a.m. MST Monday through Friday and 7 a.m. to 12 a.m. MST on Saturdays and Sundays.
The GCU Student and Faculty Portal enables complete access to academic and financial records and is easy to navigate. The portal provides information on each course students are currently enrolled in, important GCU alerts and the ability to update personal data. GCU students may also make online payments through the Portal and have access to a number of other enhanced features.
