Agricultural science, business, criminal justice, culinary arts and cyber security are among the fields of study.
Concentrations in the Agricultural Science Program include Animal Science, Range Management, Horticulture, Meat and Food Science, and Aquaculture. Some concentrations include visits to the 4,800-acre Purdy Ranch, irrigated and dry-land labs and warm and cold water aquaculture systems. Students can obtain associate of science degrees in this field.

Among the concentrations in the criminal justice field are law enforcement, security, victim advocacy, corrections and crime scenes. The design of the programs enables students to easily transfer into bachelor programs at four-year institutions.

Experienced chefs provide the practical training for the culinary program. The cyber security program teaches students about security software, risk analysis, monitoring network traffic, responses to cyber attacks and developing long-term plans to secure networks.
