Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Instant Video services offer videos in Spanish for monthly subscription fees. Each provider also features many videos in English with options to watch them with Spanish subtitles.
Netflix began offering content in Spanish and Portuguese in September 2011, and its users can access Spanish movies and television shows online or by mail order. In addition to the United States, 43 Latin American countries have access to Netflix's video-streaming services. Netflix also streams many English movies with Spanish subtitles.
In 2011, Hulu launched Hulu Latino, a library of contemporary Spanish-language programming that includes movies, soap operas and television shows. In addition to current Spanish movies, a Hulu Plus subscription provides access to complete seasons of television shows from Univision, Galavision and Telefutura. Episodes from these channels appear on Hulu's website a day after their television programming. There are also Spanish subtitles on many English programs on Hulu. As of 2015, Hulu only streams videos in the United States.
Amazon Instant Video sells many Spanish titles as individual downloads and through a monthly subscription to Amazon Prime Instant Video. As of 2015, Amazon Instant Video streams films and shows to the United States, United Kingdom, Japan, Austria and Germany. Some English videos include Spanish subtitles.
