Rodale's orders shipped to addresses within the United States or its territories come with an enclosed pre-addressed, pre-paid SmartPost return shipping label. If the SmartPost label is unavailable, customers may call Rodale's customer service at (888) 891-8900 to request a return shipping label, as of September 2015.
Customers who wish to return an item to Rodale's without a SmartPost shipping label can send their insured item via FedEx, UPS or the U.S. Postal Service to Rodale's Returns, 6461 Snowdrift Road, Allentown, PA 18016.
Rodale's does not accept returns of perishable food items, underwear, dietary supplements, beauty products or cleaning products.
