To find sample testing questions for CNA certification on Pearson VUE, visit home.PearsonVUE.com and click Test Taker Home under For test takers on the top menu. Type "Nurse Aide" into the search bar to access the resources page for nurse aides by state, or click A to Z list of all programs, then choose Nurse Aides on the list.
Each state provides test information, handbooks, application forms and sample practice exam for test takers. Click Nurse Aide (NNAAP) Practice Exam under Registry Services to view the exam packet prepared by the National Nurse Aide Assessment Program.
The same exam packet is also available on the official website of NCSBN. To access the test plan and sample questions on NCSBN, navigate to NCSBN.org and click NCLEX & Other Exams on the top menu. Expand the NNAAP & MACE tab on the left sidebar by clicking the "plus" sign. Expand NNAAP and click NNAAP Test Plan on the dropdown menu. Under the NNAAP Test Plan, click the latest NNAAP Written or Oral Examination Content Outline.
The exam packet contains the NNAAP content outline indicating the topics covered by the exam, the sample practice exam and the corresponding answer sheet and answer key. The exam packet is in ".PDF" format and requires an Adobe Reader to view online.
