In order to access a specific recipe, first select the preferred food category and then choose among the many displayed recipes. Select the Urdu subtitle beneath the English caption, and the recipe appears in Urdu.
On the KFoods website, to find an Urdu-language recipe for Rangeen Biryani, for example, visit the Urdu recipes section. The Urdu subcaption in the Rice, Biryani and Pulao category displays a number of recipes for rice-based dishes. Select the image of Rangeen Biryani with the English text above and the Urdu text beneath the graphic. The full recipe appears entirely in Urdu, including the list of ingredients and the cooking procedure. KFoods' Urdu recipes section includes many different dishes, including Eid Al-Fitr specialty dishes, seafood dishes, soups, desserts and Italian food. The section also includes recipes for snack food and other treats.
Another source for Urdu-language recipes is KhanaPakana, which also allows users to search for recipes in either English or Urdu. Each recipe includes a graphic, the original source of the recipe and a user ranking. The website even features Urdu-language cooking tutorial videos, articles about cooking and an online grocery.
