As of 2016, programs available from William T. McFatter Technical College include Adult General Education, Automotive Technology, Broward Fire Academy/EMT, Business Education and Communication Arts. Additional programs include Marine Service Technology, Information Technology, Drafting and Welding, Culinary Arts, and Health Science and Medical Technology.
William T. McFatter Technical College's Adult General Education program includes testing of general academic skills and preparation for taking GEDs. Reading, math and language are three main areas of concentration. GED preparation also includes social studies and science reviews. The school's Automotive Technology segment includes the Automotive Collision Repair and Refinishing program and Automotive Service Technology program. The latter program has certification from the National Automotive Technicians Education Foundation.
The Broward Fire Academy/EMT offers the 396-hour Firefighter I and II program. The program follows the guidelines of the Bureau of Fire Standards and Training State Fire Marshal Office. The Business Education program includes Accounting Operations, Administrative Office Specialist, Legal Administrative Specialist and Medical Administrative Specialist among its concentrations, and the program includes a blended format of in-class and online learning.
The Communication Arts program offers Commercial Photography Technology I and II, Digital Photography Technology, Digital Printing Technology, Digital Media/Multimedia Design Technology, and Printing and Graphic Communications.
