As of 2015, Georgian College offers courses in business and management; engineering and environmental technologies; health and wellness studies; and hospitality, tourism and recreation. Both full-time and part-time programs are available, as well as graduate certificate studies, apprenticeships and English language studies for ESL students.
Degrees in the business and management field include the Bachelor of Business Management with a management and leadership focus. Additional courses provide concentrations in entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship within the context of the modern business world. The engineering and environmental technologies field has a civil engineering technology co-op program that trains students in proposal development, cost estimation, site management techniques, codes and standards and field work.
Health and wellness studies include an Ontario College advanced diploma in dental hygiene. In addition to providing theoretical and practical skills in dental hygiene, the program also presents the business, ethical and legal aspects of the career path. Students in the division for hospitality, tourism and recreation can sign up for the diploma in culinary management program. Students work with expert chefs to learn fundamental food preparation skills, restaurant sanitation, basic business and leadership skills, nutrition and product identification. At the end of the program students have the opportunity to demonstrate their cooking and leadership skills.
