Go to the PHI website by entering PHINational.org into a browser. Click on "Training and Credentialing" and then "Training Requirements by State" to view a list of requirements by state. For example, Oregon requires, at minimum, 75 training hours and 16 clinical hours as of 2015, notes OAHC.org.
If minimum requirements have been met, go to the home health care association website to search for practice quizzes. For example, Oregon residents should go to the "Home Health and Hospice Aide Competency Exam and Study Guide" page at OAHC.org.
