ProProfs.com offers a practice exam that prepares the taker for the tests given by ABC Food Certification. The actual test contains at least 80 questions. A more comprehensive preparation is available for a fee through classroom training. You can sign up for this at AbcFoodCertification.org or by calling their hotlines. The training is immediately followed by the testing.

Union Test Prep provides practice questions for the ServSafe exams. They have practice tests for the five ServSafe food safety exams: the ServSafe Alcohol Primary test, the ServSafe Alcohol Advanced test, the ServSafe Allergens test, the ServSafe Food Handler test and the ServSafe Manager test. The Alcohol, Allergens and Food Handler exams are not timed. The Manager test has time limit of 2 hours, with a minimum passing score of 75 percent as of 2015.

PracticeQuiz.com is also a free study tool for the ServSafe examinations. The website offers two modes of study: study mode and test mode. There is also a question list available. Study mode shows the correct answer after every question, while test mode sets up a timed practice exam. The results of the test mode exam are then sent via email address.
