Contact the department of your school that oversees the institution's technology to receive or change your Infinite Campus student ID. Infinite Campus does not participate in the account setup process and is not in any way involved with your student ID, instead leaving those tasks to participating schools.
Different schools have different procedures for setting up Infinite Campus accounts and log-in information. Watertown Public Schools in Watertown, CT, has an account setup page on its Infinite Campus portal. To set up an account, click on the Campus Portal tab on the school district's website. Next, click on the button asking for your activation key. You get your activation key from your school department that oversees the institution's Infinite Campus use. You can create your own Campus Portal user name and password. Finish creating your account by clicking on the Create Account button.
Students at Fairfield Public Schools in Fairfield, CT, automatically get an Infinite Campus account from the district, and use the same user names and passwords as they do to access their school's computers. There is also a special Infinite Campus portal for parents that they can access in conjunction with the district. Infinite Campus is also available as an app for select tablets and smart phones.
