The Career Center offers programs in many areas, including information technology, health sciences, public safety, architecture and construction, and manufacturing. Other specialized schools include the Early College High School, which partners with Central Texas College to combine high school and early college curricula. Killeen ISD has programs at the Bell County Juvenile Detention Center and Metroplex Behavioral Health Center. The Pathways Academic Center is for high school students who are behind in academic credit.
