Typical story heights for these floors in offices are reported to be 7.8 meters, for residences and hotels to be 4.65 meters and for mixed-use buildings to be 6.125 meters. There are roof mechanical floors as well. These are typically 7.8 meters for office buildings, 6.2 meters for residences and hotels and 7.0 meters for mixed use buildings.
