KidBiz3000 is a subsidiary of the differentiated learning program Achieve3000 that is designed especially for young learners in grades two to five. The program focuses on teaching literacy skills to students at all different levels, including special-needs and ESL students.
As of 2015, more than 1 million students in the United States use Achieve3000 programs, including KidBiz3000. Students access the program online. Before they begin to use KidBiz3000, they are tested on their reading levels. The program then provides them with reading exercises that are tailored to their individual levels. All readings are on the same topic and contain the same information, but different reading levels make them challenging to students of different abilities.
