Johns Hopkins Medical School is located at 733 North Broadway, Baltimore, Maryland. The medical school is part of the Johns Hopkins Medical System, which operates hospitals, health care centers, surgery centers and outpatient facilities in and around Baltimore.
Johns Hopkins medical students can study at locations in six other countries through an exchange program. The countries are England, Ireland, Germany, Israel, Japan and Singapore. Summer research opportunities are available at the Nelson Mandela School of Medicine in Durban, South Africa.
The four-year Johns Hopkins Medical School curriculum includes science education, clinical experience and community-based learning. Learning is largely via small-group work and seminars.
