Some possible job titles for a human relations program graduate include public relations director, family shelter counselor, management consultant, employee relations specialist, child welfare worker and city manager, according to the University of Oklahoma. Graduates may also work as corporate trainers, job recruiters, labor relations consultants and motivational speakers, as reported by the University of Washington.

Human relations graduates can choose from a variety of consulting, management and employee positions that require the ability to manage conflict, communicate with others effectively and understand human behavior, social issues and organizational behavior.
