From the north, northeast and west, take I-76 east, the Schuylkill Expressway, to the left exit 346A. Turn right onto South Street, then left onto 34th Street. HUP is on the right. From the south, including the Philadelphia International Airport, take I-95 north to exit 13 toward I-76 west/Valley Forge. Merge onto I-76 west and exit at 346A, then follow the same route as for the other directions.

Valet parking is available at the main entrance to HUP. Continue down 34th Street to park at the garage at 3600 Civic Center Boulevard; 34th Street becomes Civic Center Boulevard. To park at the Perelman Center, turn left onto East Service Drive, left again at Health Sciences Drive, and proceed into the garage.

For public transit, the Airport Train makes stops at 30th Street Station and at University Station, which is behind the Penn Tower medical offices.
