Adults between the ages of 17 and 50 who live in Austin, Texas attend a tuition-free, accredited high school program through The Goodwill Excel Center. Courses occur in small eight-week blocks, and dual enrollment with Austin Community College is available.

Alamance Community College in North Carolina oversees a free online adult high school diploma program.
