As of 2015, the Flatiron School is a school located in New York City that trains students in Web and mobile development. It has two campuses: the Manhattan Campus, located in the Financial District, and the Brooklyn Campus, located in downtown Brooklyn.
The Flatiron School's Manhattan Campus offers both part-time and immersive courses in software development. The immersive courses are full-time and last 12 weeks. The campus also hosts events and meetups every week.
The Brooklyn Campus is the location of the NYC Development Fellowship. This fellowship allows students ages 18 to 26 who do not have a college degree to attend the Flatiron School for free.
