Parents and students cannot download the Pinnacle gradebook, but rather they access it online by receiving log-in information from their educational institution. The gradebook is part of Pinnacle's Internet Viewer service used for school communication, and so schools are in charge of maintaining and implementing it.
You can only access the Pinnacle gradebook if your school uses the Pinnacle program. Contact the appropriate department at your school for log-in information, and if you have forgotten or lost the log-in information your school provided, contact the appropriate department for a new user name and password.
A school that uses the program has a log-in page that is accessible from its website. Go to this log-in page, enter your log-in information and enter the application. For example, Indian Ridge Middle School in Florida has a link to its Pinnacle gradebook available on its Pinnacle page.
The program may frequently change grades and attendance records, and students and parents should address questions concerning the program's grades to their teachers. Depending on the school attended, grades and attendance may not appear on Pinnacle until a week after the fact. Some schools enable parents to receive email alerts when their children's grades are at a certain level.
