As of 2016, degree and certificate programs at Solano Community College include Accounting, Computer Information Science, Criminal Justice, Foreign Languages and International Relations among its concentrations. Interior Design, Office Technology, University Studies, Water and Wastewater Technology, and Aeronautics are additional degree and/or certificate options at the school.
Solano Community College's Accounting program includes general and Account Clerk concentrations. Specific program options are the Certificate of Achievement and Associate in Science degree. Required courses include Principles of Accounting - Financial, Principles of Accounting - Managerial, Computer Accounting, Introduction to Computer Science and Microcomputer Applications.
Computer Programming, Web Development and Administration, Microsoft Office Master (Job-Direct), Microsoft Office Specialist (Job-Direct) and Microcomputer Applications are among the Computer Information Science concentration options. A Certificate of Achievement and Associate in Science degree are both available in the field. Criminal Justice gives students the opportunity to specialize in law enforcement, computer forensics or corrections.
Water and Wastewater Technology students examine wastewater disposal and purification principles and methods for municipal and industrial entities. Basic Chemistry for Water and Wastewater and Mathematics of Water and Wastewater Treatment are among the required courses. The Foreign Languages program provides an examination of language production, grammar, syntax and vocabulary acquisition in the study of multiple languages.
