Official sample questions for the Criteria Cognitive Aptitude Test are available through Criteria's website and accessible with a membership to the company's HireSelect feature. Sample questions for the CCAT and other general aptitude tests are also available from sources such as TestPrep-Online.com and JobTestPrep.co.uk.
The CCAT is an aptitude examination designed to measure cognitive skills deemed to correlate with employment preparedness more than education, experience or job interviews. The CCAT uses questions in categories of spatial reasoning, logic, math and verbal ability and designs a score report that gives the user raw and percentile scores. The Criteria Corporation designs and implements the CCAT and several other aptitude tests.
