According to the U.S. News and World Report rankings of 2014, the Perelman School of Medicine at University of Pennsylvania is the best American school for aspiring pediatricians. The Medical School at Harvard University is in second place, while the College of Medicine at University of Cincinnati ranks third. The schools of medicine at Johns Hopkins University and University of Washington round out the top five.
