Full Answer

The High School Proficiency Assessment, or HSPA, was the test that the New Jersey Department of Education administered to high school juniors to assess their proficiency of skills required to graduate. The HSPA is no longer being administered in New Jersey after March 2015.

However, as of 2015, old sample tests can still be found online. A PDF of the math and language arts section can be found on the Rowan University math department's website. The New Jersey Department of Education also has several links to sample writing prompts, tests and scoring rubrics.
