Fonts with fancy letters of the alphabet are available at 1001FreeFonts.com and DaFont.com. Both websites offer fonts that users upload. As such, each font has its own licensing terms. Users are not required to register at either website.
You can find the licensing terms of a font right above the Download button on both websites. Commercial use of a font that only offers a personal license classifies as copyright infringement. However, if the font is for a school project, you are allowed to use it. Fair use laws dictate that the use of any work, commercial or non-commercial, for academic and educational purposes is entirely legal.
