The Khan Academy, a leading online education system, offers 7th grade math lessons at no cost. Khan offers video tutorials, micro-lectures, progress tracking and practice exercises. As of November 2013, Khan's users numbered 10 million a month, completing approximately 4 million problems each day.
There are other alternatives to finding math help, such as Sylvan Learning, Connections Academy and MathHelp. All these options are taught by accredited teachers. Sylvan and MathHelp are tutoring programs meant to assist students already enrolled in a math class. Connections Academy offers a complete math program. As of October 2014, these companies charge for their services.
