There are free bar exam questions for most states at Drexel.edu. To prepare for the bar, examinees can review questions released in the state where they plan to sit for the exam. Some states also provide sample answers to previous questions.
The Multi-state Bar Examination is developed by the National Conference of Bar Examiners. The test lasts six hours, is composed of 200 multiple-choice question, and is administered in 48 states and the District of Columbia. As of 2015, Louisiana and Washington are the only states that do not administer the MBE. Each year examinees sit for the bar on the last Wednesday in February and July.
The MBE covers six subjects: Constitutional Law; Contracts, Sales; Criminal Law; Evidence; Real Property; and Torts. Federal Civil Procedure was included on the MBE starting on Feb. 15, 2015, and the allocation of test questions also changed.
