For example, Homer, most of E. M. Foster's works and Charles Dickens' novels are all public domain and free to collect and distribute in any form, including audiobook. Several of F. Scott Fitzgerald's works are public domain, such as "The Great Gatsby" and "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button." Both are available in audiobook form on Audiobooks.org.
An audiobook of Sherwood Anderson's famed short story cycle "Winesburg, Ohio" is available on LibriVox.org.
