Complete the online application on the University of South Florida Housing website. First-year and transfer students need to submit an application fee, a prepayment fee and immunization information to Student Health Services. Current students must submit an application fee whether they choose to live on or off campus.

  1. Complete the online application

    Enter your student NetID and password to log in to your USF account. If you do not have an account, create one, and use your information to log in. Fill out the application according to the instructions.

  2. Submit an application fee

    Make your payment online via the USF Payment Gateway site. Select the applicant period and type your user ID, name and email address in the text fields. As of November 2014, select the $50 Application Fee at the bottom of the Payment Gateway site.

  3. Submit a prepayment

    Use the same USF Payment Gateway site to pay the required prepayment as a first-year and transfer student. USF waives the prepayment for current students, as of 2014.

  4. Submit your immunization records

    Submit your immunization information to Student Health Services. Make an appointment online or by phone.

  5. Request an orientation session

    Sign up for orientation on the USF Orientation page. Once you complete these steps, you are eligible to receive a housing assignment.
