UAMS College of Medicine participates in the American Medical College Application Service. Applicants are required to use the Association of American Medical Colleges online web application. Pre-matriculation course requirements include one semester of genetic; two semesters of biology, physics, English, and social science; and three semesters of chemistry. Interviews are extended to highly qualified candidates.
Applying to the College of Nursing for the Bachelor of Science in Nursing requires 58 semester hours of required general education classes. Applicants must also pass the Assessment Technologies Institute Test of Essential Academic Skills. To apply on the website, an account can be created for free. From there, online forms are filled out and submitted.
The College of Pharmacy applications are processed through PharmCAS, the Pharmancy College Application Service. Pharmacy College Admissions Test scores, letters of reference and transcripts are all required to apply.
