As of 2015, the United States version of Discovery Education Espresso's K-12 online service is no longer available; its United Kingdom version offers interactive games, short videos, fact files, articles and weekly News Bites bulletins covering a range of elementary school topics. Discovery Education Espresso is geared towards United Kingdom students from Foundation to Year Six and includes activities up to Key Stage Two. The program features more than 19,500 digital media resources in its library, notes DiscoveryEducation.com. Titles covered include Grammar and Punctuation, Evolution, Algebra, Traditional Tales, Spelling, Classification, E-Safety, Fractions, Decimals and Percentages. Teachers can download videos and adapt PowerPoint presentations to suit the learning styles of individual students. Students can complete activities on an iPad or other mobile device. Discovery Education Espresso also has printed resources available that can be completed outside the classroom.

The company transferred many of its Espresso Education services in the United States to Discovery Education Streaming Plus. Activities offered include WebMath, Motivation Station, Homework Helper, Brain Boosters, Worksheets to Go, Learning Adventures and Puzzlemaker.
