To find locations, first choose whether to search in the United States or Canada and then choose a state or territory. You also can enter a city name and test center name. Click the Search button to pull up a list of test centers. If you choose to search by state, the list shows cities, center names, center codes and testing dates. The website also has a list of national test dates for the current and succeeding test years, which you can access by clicking on the Test Dates link under the Useful Information category in the Registration box.

You can register to take the ACT at a particular location on the same website. To do so, you need a student account, which you can create by clicking on the Sign Up/Log In button on the website's home page. You can also use the portal to send past test scores to colleges and universities.
