Customers can make a payment to Ally Auto online, by telephone, via the Ally Auto Mobile Pay application or by mail. They can pay online using checking or savings accounts. The Mail or Phone tab on the Payment Options page provides the mailing address and telephone number.
Online payment options include making a one-time payment and setting up automatic withdrawal. One-time payments are made by logging in, clicking Make a Payment on the My Vehicles page and following the prompts to complete the transaction. Debit card payments are made through a third party, and a service fee applies.
Mobile applications for iPhones and Android cell phones are accessible by clicking the Ally Auto link at the top of the home page, then selecting Payment Options and clicking the Mobile tab. The application allows users to schedule, change and cancel payments. Customers can also view future due dates and payment amounts, see past payments and check the status of pending payments.
