PlayStation Network Support can be contacted by phone, via its Twitter account, in its support forum or through live chat. The phone number is 1-800-345-7669 and available 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, as of 2015.

The PlayStation Network live chat is available from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Sundays. These are all PST times.
