The PlayStation Network live chat is available from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Sundays. These are all PST times.
The support forum is available 24 hours a day. Questions and comments are addressed by administrators for PlayStation and other members.
