Comenity allows customers to pay their bills online by transferring funds, paying in-store for specific retailers and via mail. It accepts rush payments over the phone, but additional fees apply to same-day payments made with a Comenity customer care representative.
Customers paying by mail should include the payment coupon that accompanied their billing statement and mail payments at least one week before the due date.
Online payments requested by 6 p.m. Eastern Time are posted that day. Customers can schedule payments for automatic debit up to 30 days in advance. Comenity sends payment reminders to customers who sign up for paperless statements via email.
