Find warehouse space for lease on listing sites such as Craigslist and LoopNet. Preview industrial property details on both websites, and filter listings to find a warehouse that fits your firm’s needs.
Enter a location on LoopNet, and define the property type. Check the status of listed properties and number of spaces available, or sort listings by square footage, building size, rental rate per square foot and subtype to focus your search on warehouses. Use the Find a Broker tab on LoopNet to find a property manager who can facilitate the rental process. Determine whether a property has a fair price by comparing features of similar warehouses in a locality.
Find a warehouse on Craigslist by specifying your city, neighborhood and type of ad you are looking for, and select Office and Commercial properties at the top of the page. Enter the term “warehouse,” and select the search icon to filter rentals. Filter warehouse rentals on the site by minimum and maximum price and square footage, or view commercial properties by age of listings. If warehouse space is unavailable in a selected location on Craigslist, check the Search Nearby Areas option to expand your search area, or find warehouses within a defined mile radius.
