Vision Government Solutions databases include data regarding GIS maps and appraisals concerning property assessments for various government agencies. The company supplies database management solutions for entities in nine states, mostly in the northeastern United States. Users can access each database from the Vision Government Solutions website.
For example, individuals click Enter Online Database to view property records in Dartmouth, Massachusetts. After that, the website prompts users to enter a search into the search bar. Individuals type an address, owner, account number or parcel identification. People may also input a map, block and lot unit number. Customers change the search type with a drop-down menu to the right of the search bar.
Initial results appear below the search bar, and users scroll through results to select one choice at a time. Records for each entry include the parcel's address, value of the assessment, owner's legal name, parcel ID and number of buildings. Data such as the year of valuation, owner's address, ownership history and building attributes appear below the main entry. Users click on Print to print the page, Map It to view mapping options and Sales to search for similar property sales.
People click on a state name down the right side of the Vision Government Solutions portal to see a list of government agencies within the state that have the company's database. Users click on a local government name to access the initial database Web page.
