Any transferring of legal ownership of property from one party to another typically occurs using a property title or deed.
The warranty deed qualifies as a legally binding document where the seller of the property warrants the authenticity of the property title in their possession. When a property or home is vested, the utter right of ownership and title is accorded to the property beneficiary or buyer, as stipulated in the warranty deed.
