Time Warner Cable customers can pay their bills online with a credit card, debit card or bank account at the Time Warner Cable website. Customers can make a one-time payment at the website, or they can set up recurring payments.
Time Warner accepts all major credit cards for online bill payments, including American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover. Accepted debit cards include MasterCard, Visa and cards with the STAR, NYCE, or PLUS logo on them.
Time Warner Cable also offers a free app for Android and iOS devices that customers can use to make one-time online payments. Customers can install the app by visiting the Google Play Store on an Android device, or by visiting the App Store on an iOS device, and searching for My TWC. The My TWC app cannot be used to set up recurring payments.
Time Warner Cable customers may also be able to pay their bills online with their checking or savings accounts through the online bill payment service offered by most banks. In this case, the bill would be paid from the bank's website, not the Time Warner Cable website. Time Warner Cable bills may also be paid in person at a Time Warner Cable store location, by phone or by mail.
