Once an applicant successfully completes the card request process, she can expect to receive her MyVanilla card within seven to 10 business days. Customers who do not receive their cards within this time can call the MyVanilla Customer Care number. New MyVanilla cardholders are also required to activate their cards through by phone or by creating an online account.
The MyVanilla prepaid debit card allows the card holder to spend only the funds that have been placed on it. This type of card does not require a connected bank account and can be used at various locations worldwide, including ATMs and retail stores. The MyVanilla Card does not charge a monthly administration fee and only charges a nominal loading fee.
