To use TD Bank’s online banking, users first sign up through a three-step process: by accepting the Bank’s online banking agreement, by entering their personal information and by setting up security questions. TD Bank recommends that users have the following documents ready before beginning the sign-up process: their Social Security Number, TD Bank ATM or debit card and bank account number. Users must also have a valid email address to complete the sign-up process.
Once a user signs up for online banking, she can log in directly from the TD Bank homepage, TDBank.com. TD Bank's online banking application allows users to transfer funds between accounts, pay bills, view past and upcoming bank statements, and set up email alerts to track their financial transactions. TD Bank also allows money transfers to TD Bank customers through the Popmoney service. Users also have free access to both Quicken and QuickBooks accounting programs in conjunction with online banking.
