Kroger associates, retirees and their family members can enroll in the Your Benefits program at yourkrogerbenefits.com. Kroger offers benefits such as medical insurance, life insurance, automotive insurance, a 401(k) retirement savings account and Kroger stock. The Kroger Your Benefits website instructs beneficiaries on how to use each service.
Once enrolled, beneficiaries can use the Your Benefits services, though some of them require contact with a third party. For example, the Kroger Employee Assistance Program is a third-party counseling program, and a Kroger associate must contact Magellan Health to use this service. For more information, contact the Kroger Benefit Service Center at (877) 373-3397 as of 2015.
