Skylight Financial provides a paperless payroll service and features a corporate portal, comprehensive reports, online wage statements and inventory management. Employees of companies enrolled with Skylight Financial are eligible for the Skylight ONE card.
The Skylight Financial corporate portal allows employers to manage the products in their Skylight accounts. Comprehensive reports contain information for payroll administrators, including statistics on employee Skylight Paycard issuance and activations. The online wage statements deliver payroll information to employees through the Internet, text messages, telephone or fax. The inventory management feature manages employers' Paycard programs.
The Skylight PayOptions Program allows employers to deposit employee paychecks into FDIC-insured banks. Employees can access their money using their Skylight ONE cards or Skylight checks. Employees can use their Skylight ONE cards at any business that accepts Visa or MasterCard debit cards. Employees also have the option of adding friends or family members to their Skylight ONE cards by contacting Skylight customer service. Additional cardholders have access to all funds in the employee's account.
Employees can access their Skylight accounts online, by telephone, or by contacting customer service. Employees can view deposits, withdrawals and purchases with their online accounts. Skylight offers toll-free automated telephone service 24 hours per day and live customer service agents Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to midnight and Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 8.pm., as of June 2015.
